March 18, 2025 – After a successful debut with Crosslink Motorsports in the Formula Regional Americas Championship (FR Americas) in 2024, Alex Benavitz is set to return to the team for the 2025 season. With his focus on a full-season campaign, Benavitz is looking to continue the winning ways for the Crosslink Motorsports effort.
Benavitz first joined FR Americas at NOLA Motorsports Park for the opening round of the 2024 season. Despite only competing in one race weekend, the experience proved invaluable. Benavitz qualified ninth and participated in two races before a gearbox issue sidelined him for the final race of the weekend. In 2023, Benavitz raced with Crosslink Motorsports in the Formula 4 United States Championship (F4 U.S.), gaining crucial experience over 18 races, with a career-best finish of fifth.
"I’m thrilled to be returning to the FR Americas Championship, and I’m especially excited to continue working with the Crosslink team," explained Benavitz. "We've had a great partnership in the past, and I believe we have what it takes to achieve some strong results this season."
